Cock Hero is built around community content. Import your own media packs, tag files for dynamic in-game behaviour, and share with the community.

Note

This is a technical guide for custom content in Cock Hero. It references sexual terms only as filename tags used by the game.

Tools

Three tools for building custom content:

Beat Mapper — create beat maps by syncing beats to any audio file, add events and sections, then export for the game
Pack Builder — builds a content pack from your media files, ready to import into the game
Media Tagger V2 — tag your media files with clickable buttons instead of typing tags manually

How Tagging Works

Want your imported content to behave dynamically in-game? Add tags to the filename of your videos, gifs, or images — the game will then know how to pace beats, assign climax moments, and trigger matching dialogue.

Example Filename

myvideo_fast_boobs_cowgirl.mp4

Underscores separate tags. The game reads them automatically on import.

Speed Tags

These control difficulty and pacing. Every file should include one. If you leave it out, the game will assign one randomly.

slow — Softcore, teasing, clothed content
medium — Nudity but no explicit sex (posing, grinding, etc.)
fast — Explicit sex, penetration, masturbation, hardcore action
cum — Climax or orgasm moments
succubus — Extreme challenge sections (rapid beats, no items)

Warning

If no speed tag is present, the file may show up in any beat tier — which can break the pacing of your session.

Content Tags

These enhance dialogue, filtering, and dynamic flavour in-game. Add as many as truly apply — but tag by prominence, not just presence.

Think of it this way: if a voiceline were to trigger for this tag, would it feel right for the scene?

Good vs Bad Tagging

blowjob_fast — the main action is a blowjob, that's the defining tag
blowjob_boobs_ass_feet_fast — too many tags, dilutes the scene. Just because something is visible doesn't mean it needs tagging if it isn't the focus

Supported Content Tags (v0.03+)

anal, armpits, ass, assjob, bent_over, bikini, blowjob, boobs,
bukkake, cameltoe, cowgirl, cunnilingus, doggystyle, facesitting,
feet, fingering, footjob, futa, gay, goth, group, handjob, latex,

Filename Examples

succubus_anal_futa_cum.mp4
boobs_bikini_fast.mp4
nude_feet_slow.mp4

Both of these work the same way:

succubus_anal_futa_cum.mp4
succubusanalfutacum.mp4

Underscores just make it easier to read.

Tip

Using Media Tagger V2 ensures your custom packs feel just as dynamic and polished as official ones — with beat pacing, event triggers, and reactive dialogue built right in.

Sharing Content

Once your pack is built, share it with the community through the Discord. Other players can drop it into their content directory and it works immediately.
