Content Filters
Settings
Cock Hero lets you toggle content tags on or off in the settings menu. Any tag you disable acts as a blacklist — media files tagged with it won't appear in your sessions.
How It Works
- Open the Filters page in the game settings
- Each content tag has a toggle — on means that content can appear, off means it's blacklisted
- Any media file tagged with a disabled filter is excluded from all game modes
- Filters apply immediately — no restart needed
Available Filters
Every content tag used in media filenames can be filtered. These are the same tags used when tagging custom content (see Custom Content).

Tip
If you're seeing content you don't want, check your filters first. Disabling a tag ensures nothing tagged with it will show up — across all packs, including custom ones.
